Reuben had the most amazing day at the Welsh Beagle Club Championship Show under breed specialist Mr Peter Davies (Barrvale) who awarded him the DCC and Best in Show!! It was a huge thrill for Reuben to win these awards at a Breed Club Championship show especially as it was his second time in the Junior class (winning his first at Richmond a few weeks prior). We are so very proud of him and his daddy Zulu ofcourse siring his first CC winner! Massive thank you to the judge for a very special and unforgettable day!

Boris aka Butterow Norseman and his owner Emma had a super day at Northern & Midland Beagle Club Championship show. Under breed specialist Kathleen Cooper (Caurnihill) Boris was awarded 3rd place in Yearling Dog qualifying him for Crufts 2012! Massive congratulations Boris and Emma on your super achievement, Zulu and I are very proud and are very much looking forward to seeing you both on the green carpet next March!

Reuben and Kea had a successful day at the Welsh Kennel Club Championship Show on the 19th of August. Reuben was first in the ring and placed 2nd in Puppy Dog and 1st in Novice Dog gaining the final 3 points for his Junior Warrant at just 11 months old! Kea was up next who and placed 2nd in a lovely Limit Bitch class. Judge for the day was hound specialist Mrs Patricia Wells (Kortebin).

Folly came out of semi retirement for the Hound Association Championship show on the 7th of August as they have Working Classes for Beagles who have their Working certificate. I was thrilled that Folly was awarded Best Special Working Hound in breed jointly by both the bitch judge Mr Alistair Parker (Chapscroft) and dog judge Mr Ben Reynolds Frost. Reuben had another super day at Hound Assocation Championship Show on the 7th August winning BPD & BPIB! For this show we had two judges Ben Reynolds Frost for dogs and Alistair Parker (Chapscroft) for bitches who jointly awarded him BPIB. An exciting win for Reuben as he went forward to the Hound Puppy Group it was a great first time experience for both of us which we throughly enjoyed and was packed full of beautiful puppies! Massive thanks to the judges for a lovely day.
